Personal

Outside of work, I'm a father of two (third one is on the way!), a technology enthusiast, and a lifelong learner. I'm interested in Stoicism, habit creation, and the small, consistent practices that help us become better people. I'm always experimenting with new habits, learning new things, and looking for ways to improve how I spend my time and show up for the people around me.

I also love traveling, reading, meditation, slow beats, and Japanese culture. My family and I have a particular appreciation for Horimono, traditional Japanese tattooing, and Japan in general, with the long-term dream of eventually calling Japan home. For now, we're based in Turrialba, Costa Rica, where I'm enjoying a slower lifestyle, plenty of nature, and excellent coffee.

Philosophy & Approach

The Kaizen Mindset

Rooted in Kaizen, my work focuses on the compound interest of small improvements. Whether I am resolving a bug or polishing a guide, I am dedicated to the constant, incremental evolution of the user experience.

Support Through Education

My philosophy is to eliminate the waste of repetitive friction through education. By empowering users with the knowledge to navigate complex systems, I turn support into a catalyst for user independence.
